Problem: Unpolarized light with average intensity of 35.0 Wit& is incident upon a system of three polarizers. The first polarizer has the transmission axis angled at 30' clockwise from the vertical. The second polarizer has the transmission axis angled at 45° counterclockwise from the vertical. The third polarizer has the transmission axis horizontal.

A) Draw the picture of the polarizers showing the transmission axis and the polarization of the light after passing through each polarizer.

B) What is the intensity of the light after passing through the third polarize?

C) Find the total power of the incident light.

D) Find the average energy density and the rms values of the electric and magnetic field of the light after passing through the third polarizer.
