A survey of 296 recent deliveries shows that 131 were delayed. Estimate the proportion of deliveries that are delayed. Find the standard error of the estimate. In recent comments there are complaints that say the proportion of deliveries that are delayed is at least 48% (or 0.48). You feel that the proportion is not that high. Perform the appropriate statistical test to determine whether the survey results are consistent with those comments. Assume a 5% significance level. What are the null and alternative hypotheses?
