A negative charge (-q) with a mass of 0.29 kg is dangling vertically on a string. Directly below this charge, is a charge with same amount of charge, but with the opposite sign (+q). When it is located 22.74 cm below the charge on the string, the tension in string due to the weight of charge on it and the electric force is 10.9 Newtons when in static equilibrium. The charge of +q, is then moved so that it is 22.74 cm directly to the left of the charge on string, and the charge on the string swings a certain angle before coming to equilibrium again. Measured in degrees from the vertical, to what angle does the charge swing?
