Details: I need you to improve my introduction by stating why and what I am doing , then stating what lead me to my research question, hypothesys (stating my variables and their effects) and method. need to find the T test only for plants not for the incertabrates.

Need to name all the graphs and table explaining their function (it is quite clear). please before the data processing please for both invertabretes but more accurately for plants state an hypothesis of it is going to happen and why. Do some researches on the habitat of the plants and invertebrates I have listed in my table and come up with the hypothesis by using that element as well.
