Find the surface area of the plane 2x + y + 2z = 16 bounded by x = 0, y = 0 and x 2 + y 2 = 64, above the first quadrant x ≥ 0, y ≥ 0 in the xy - plane.

The answer is (3/2)Area projxy(S) = 192/5 + 48 sin-1 (3/5). [Note: projxy(S) is not all of quarter disk x 2 + y 2 ≤ 64, x, y ≥ 0.]
