A horizontal tube with length L has two positive charges +Q1 and +Q2 on the edges. A small ball can move without friction inside the tube (see figure). This small ball has a charge +Q and the same diameter as the tube. Find the static equilibrium position for the small ball. (sigma F = 0). Hint: Ignore the gravity. Express the result as a function of Q1, Q2 and L.
