You are rotating a 2.0kg rock in a vertical circle,using a very light string. The radius of the circle is 0.50m. When the rock is at the highest position, the tension in the string is 10N; whenit goes through the lowest position, the tension is 70N. Find the speeds of the rock at the highest and lowest position.
