A bullet of mass 0.2 kilogram moving horizontally at 450 m/s hits a 3 kilogram block that is at rest on a frictionless table.

a) After emerging from the block the bullet is traveling 330 m/s. Find the speed of the block and momentum after impact?

b) Repeat question a) only now suppose the bullet bounces back at 330 m/s. Find the final speed of the block and the total momentum after impact?

c) Repeated the above questions only now the bullet sticks to the block. Find the final speed of the block and total momentum.
