In an experiment the speed of sound in air, a student a measures a column of air in a resonance tube. The first resonance point is found at 15 cm and the second at 45 cm. The frequency of the tuning fork used in the experiment is 575Hz.

(a) find the speed of sound in the room, and

(b) the ambient temperature in the room in degrees C.
