The number of CVS stores in the US in 2005 was 5474 In 2015, there were 9684 CVS stores in the US. Let y represent the number of CVS stores in the US in the year x, where x = 0 represents the year 2005. 

a) Write the ordered pairs represented by the information given in the statement above and find the slope of the line through them.

b) Write linear equation in slope-intercept form that models the growth in the number of CVS stores in the US in terms of x. 

c) Use this equation to predict the number of CVS stores in the US in the year 2030.

d) State the slope of this line and explain specifically what it means in the context of this problem.
