The velocity gradient u(y) near the surface of a single plate over which a fluid flows is given by the function: u(y) = ay + by^2 + cy^3. Where y is the distance from the plate's surface and a, b and c are constants with the values: a = 10.0s^-1, b = 0.02(m^-1)(s^-1), and c = 0.005(m^-2)(s^-1). If the fluid is water at 20 degrees celcius (u = 1.0x10^-3 Pa*s), find the shear force at the surface of the plate (at y = 0).
