A pipe, of length L = 0.320 meter and diameter d = 0.088 meter is open at both ends. A speaker is placed near one end and its frequency is varied. Find the second-lowest frequency for which the sound in the pipe resonates? Suppose 343 m/s as the speed of sound in air.
