A bullet of mass ll]I g, moving horizontally with speed of lE? nn's hits the end of a thin rod (M=G.3{}D kg, D=l.2[l m] and embeds at the end of it. The rod is suspended from a frictionless pivot at point P that is DB from rod's center of mass (Did from one end of the rod), and
the collision is instantaneous.

{a} Find the angular momentum of the bullet, l!"a , about the pivot point P, just before the collision. Express the angular momentum in unit vector notation1 using given coordinate system.
