The aorta in humans has a diameter of about 1.9 cm and at certain times the blood speed through it is about 60 cm/s. The density of whole blood is 1050 kg/m3, and its coefficient of viscosity is 2.7 10-3 N · s/m2. What is the Reynolds number for blood flow through the aorta?
