Evaluate the following question

Question- Consider a process for the recovery of essential oils from halibut. Fresh halibut livers containing 25.7 wt% oil are to be extracted with pure ethyl ether to remove 95 % of the oil in a continuous countercurrent leaching process. The feed rate is 1000 kg/hr of fresh halibut livers. The exit overflow solution should contain 70 wt % oil. If the underflow streams have 1 kg of ether for every 4 kg of insoluble liver material determine the required ether flow rate and the number of theoretical stages required.

I need assistance to find the required ether flow rate in oil.
