A person's blood glucose level and diabetes are closely linked. Let x be a random variable measured in milligrams of glucose per deciliter (1/10 of a liter) of blood. After a 12-hr fast, the random variable y will have a distribution that is approximately normal with a mean m = 85 and standard deviation, s = 25. Note: After 50 years of age, both the mean and standard deviation tend to increase. Answer the following questions. with plots of a rea under the curve

a) Find the probability that an adult under 50 years of age will have a glucose level greater than 75 mg/dl.

b) Suppose you find an adult , under the age of 50, with a blood glucose level that exceeds 180 mg/dl. Explain whether to consider this blood glucose exceptionally high and cause for alarm?
