3) Calculate the range for the "usual" number of people out of 16 who believe that college is no longer a good investment. Use m ± 2s

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED. I started on question number 1 but not sure if I am leaning in the write direction at all. If you all could show your work so I can understand how to get the answer it would be greatly appreciated.
