Question: Public Policy and Political Science The high cost of health care has forced some people to choose between medical treatment and other necessities such as food, heat, or electricity. A recent survey concluded that 43% of America's working-age adults did not see a doctor or access other medical services during the past year because of the cost. Following a recent advertising campaign urging adults to seek medical assistance when needed, physicians' groups hope this percentage has decreased.
