With outdoor restaurant dining recently being reopened in Santa Barbara, we found that the amount of time a customer spends waiting for a table follows an exponential distribution with a mean wait time of 18 minutes.

a. Find the probability a customer waits more than 20 minutes for a table.

b. Find the probability a customer spends between 15 and 30 minutes (inclusive) waiting for a table.

c. If I take a sample of 81 customers, what is the probability the mean time those customers spend waiting for a table, is between 15 and 20 minutes (inclusive)?
