A Pitot tube is placed in a supersonic flow where the freestream temperature is 90°K and the Mach number is 2.5. A normal shock forms in front of the probe. The probe indicates a stagnation pressure of 52 ×103 P a. If the stagnation temperature is 270°K, find the pressure, density, stagnation pressure and velocity of the flow upstream of the shock.
