A spring is mounted to a vertical wall such that an object attached to the end of the spring is free to slide on a very smooth horizontal surface. When we pull on the free end of the spring with a force of SN, it causes a displacement of 1cm. Next, we attach a 2.5kg object to the relaxed spring and push it toward the wall a distance of 4cm, then release it.
a. Find the force constant of the spring.
b. Find the period and frequency of the motion.
c. Find the maximum velocity the object will experience.
