A pipe with a diameter of 2.88 cm is carrying 134 liters/minute of water with an overpressure (gauge pressure) of 3.65 atmospheres. The pipe carries the water to the top of a three story apartment building with a height of 12.2 m, where the pipe is constricted to a diameter of 1.56 cm. Find the overpressure of the water in the pipe at the top of the building (assume no viscosity in this problem).
