A rubber balloon has a mass of 1500 g when it is deflated, i.e., empty. When the balloon is filled up with Helium gas (He = 0.18 kg/m3 ), it takes the form of a sphere with a 4 m diameter. (V-sphere= (4/3)(pi)(r)^3) Find the net upward force on the inflated balloon when it is just released. b) Will the balloon keep rising forever? Explain.
