A statistics student does a survey to determine the average amount that people living in Vancouver pay for rent for a one-bedroom apartment. The student accidentally deletes the data table and calculations. In their notebook, they have the following information: "Amount people living in Vancouver pay for rent for one-bedroom apartment follows Normal distribution (Yes! I love it when data follows a Normal distribution!!) 22.5% of people pay less than $2100, and 2.1% pay more than $2500."

Find the mean and standard deviation of the distribution in dollars to the nearest dollar (no decimal places).
