a 10kg block is sitting motionless next to a spring that has a spring constant of 500 N/m. you push the block against the spring, compressing the spring. you hold the block stationary using a force of 100N. you release the block and it slides along the tabletop and up the ramp angled at 30 degrees. the entire path is frictionless.
