Question: A small bead B is threaded on a large in-extensible string. The ends of the string are attached to two fixed points A and C on the same horizontal level. The bead is held in equilibrium by a horizontal force of magnitude 15N acting parallel to line AC. Given that Tan Ø = ¾ and angle BAC = Ø, Find (i) the tension in the string (ii) the mass of the Bead B correct to two decimal places. Take g=9.81
