Solve the all parts of given problem:

Problem: A ring of charge with radius R = 4.0 m is centered on the origin in the x-y plane. A circular disk of charge, with the same radius, is centered on the z-axis (and parallel to the x-y plane) at a distance of 7.7 m from the origin. The ring and the disk have the same total charge, Q = +58 µC.

Part A: Find the magnitude of the net electric field at z = 1.0 m.

Part B: Enter the direction of the net electric field at this position.

Enter +1 for the positive z-direction.

Enter -1 for the negative z-direction.

I don't know how to get that answer for the above problem. Please help! Thanks.
