A block of mass m1 = 3.1 kg moving with a speed of 13.8 m/s collides with a second block of mass m2=4.2 kg that is at rest. After the collision the two blocks are observed to move together with a common speed. Find the magnitude of the impulse given to m2 in units of kg m/s and round your answer to one decimal place.
