A rod slides along a metal frame. The earth's magnetic field is 3.5× 10-5 T at right angles to the plane of the frame. The rod is of length 0.16 meter inside the frame and moves at 1.2m/s.

1) Find the motional emf produced by the rod?

Answer in units of V.

2.) If the resistance of the frame and rod combined is 8.3, find the resulting current?

Answer in units of A.

3.) Find the magnitude of the force on the rod?

Answer in units of N.
