Here is the question which I am struggling on, please help me!

Question: A 123 turn circular coil of radius 2.51 cm is immersed in a uniform magnetic field that is perpendicular to the plane of the coil. During 0.151s the magnetic field strength increases from 54.1 mT to 93.5 mT.

1- Find the magnitude of the average EMF, in millivolts, that is induced in the coil during this time interval.

I need expert help to solve the above question and thanks in advance.
