Question: Carbon dioxide flows through a variable area duct. At a certain point in the duct the velocity is 200 m/s and the temperature is 60°C. At some other point in the duct, the temperature is 15°C. Find the Mach numbers and stagnation temperatures at the two points. Assume that the flow is adiabatic.
