A unifrom rod of length L = 2.00 and mass m = 1.10 kg is attached to a frictionless pivot through one of its ends. It is released from rest in the horizontal position and is allowed to swing freely under the influence of gravity. Find the linear speed of the tip of the rod as it passes through the vertical.
