According to the U.S. Census Bureau's 2018 report, 17.4% of American children under the age of 6 live in households with incomes less than the official poverty level. A study of learning in early childhood was conducted and chose an SRS of 300 children from Arizona and found that 22% of their children under 6 lived in poverty.

-a). Find the likelihood that at least 22% of children under the age of 6 in Arizona are from poverty-level households.

-b). Based on part a, is there convincing evidence that the percentage of children under the age of 6 in Arizona is higher than the national average?
