A child and sled with a combined mass of 48 kg slide down a snow-covered (and frictionless) hill. At the top of the hill, the child runs and jumps onto the sled, causing it to move initially at 2.3 m/s. At the bottom of the hill, the sled's speed is 9.4 m/s.

a) Find the kinetic energy at the top of the hill.

b) Find the kinetic energy at the bottom of the hill.

c) Use energy conservation to determine the height of the hill.
