A function generator is adjusted to give a 60 HZ sine wave with no-load (open-circuit) voltage of 3Vrms. When a 1k ohm load is place across the output terminals of the function generator, the output voltage drop to 8Vpp. Find the internal resistance of the function generator. What is the ideal value?
