A uniform 0.25-kilog thin rod that has an 80-centimeter length is free to rotate about a fixed horizontal axis perpendicular to and through one end ram of the rod. It is held horizontal and released. Instantly after it is released,

(a) Determine the acceleration of the center of the rod, and

(b) Find the initial acceleration of the free end of the rod?

(c) Calculate the speed of the center of mass of the rod when the rod is (momentarily) vertical?
