A block rests on a horizontal surface, and the coefficient of static friction between the block and the surface is 0.418. The surface begins to move back and forth in the horizontal direction, vibrating in SHM with a constant amplitude of 10.8 cm but a gradually increasing frequency. Find the frequency at which the block begins to slide on the surface.
