Using Tchebysheff's theorem. Tchebysheff's theorem states that at least 1 - (1/K2) of a set of measurements will lie within K standard deviations of the mean of the data set. Use Tchebysheff's theorem to find the fraction of a set of measurements that will lie within:

(a) 2 standard deviations of the mean (K = 2)

(b) 3 standard deviations of the mean

(c) 1.5 standard deviations of the mean.
