The biceps muscle is connected from the shoulder (scapula) to the radius bone at a point 5.0 centimeter from the below. Its contractions flex the arm. Taking the mass of the hand and forearm together to be 5.5 percent of the total body mass and the distance from the below to the center of the hand to be 34 centimeter, find the force exerted by the biceps of a 70 kilogram man holding a 2.0 kilogram sphere. (Suppose the upper arm is vertical and the forearm horizontal and the biceps pull at a right angle to the radius bone in the forearm.)
