I need help to solve the given question:

Question: A farsighted person wears glasses that enable him to read a book held at a distance of 25cm from his eyes. Even though his near point distance is 57cm, if his glasses are at a distance of 2cm from his eyes,

1- Find the focal length and refractive power of his lenses to place the image of the book at the near point.

If possible just a brief explanation how you got the answer?
