Problem: A submarine is cruising at a depth of 200m under water. A crew member accidently drills a hole straight though the hull of the submarine with a 6-mm diameter drill bit. Water starts gushing in.

Part A: Find the flow rate of the leak and estimate how long it will take for the water to completely fill the 10m^3 interior volume of the submarine.

I need help to solve the above question and assume the pressure of air inside is negligible compared to the pressure outside the submarine.
