A 1 micro Farad capacitor is charged when it is connected across an 18 V battery. The capacitor is then disconnected from the battery and connected in parallel with an initially uncharged 2 micro Farad capacitor.

Find the final charge and the voltage across the plates for

(a) the 1 micro Farad capacitor;

(b) the 2 micro Farad capacitor.
