(a) Knowing that the projectile has a mass of 20 kg and a radius of gyration of 50 mm with respect to its axis of symmetry, determine its approximate rate of steady precession.

(b) If it is further known that the radius of gyration of the projectile with respect to a transverse axis through G is 200 mm, determine the exact values of the two possible rates of precession.
