Sulphur dioxide reacts with oxygen in the presence of a vanadium(V) oxide catalyst to produce sulphur trioxide:

2SO2(g) + O2(g) 2SO3(g)

a) Plot the following values of ΔG against temperature, and use your graph to find the enthalpy change for the reaction and ΔS system. Create two graphs, one showing an increase/decrease in entropy.

T(K)- 400 600 800 1000

ΔG (kJ/mol) -120 -82 -45 -7
