A solid sphere of radius 8 cm made of non-conducting material is given a net charge of 4 mC. The solid sphere is placed inside a hollow shell of inside radius 24 cm, and outside radius 29 cm. The hollow sphere is made of an excellent conductor and is given a net charge of -10 mC.

Find the Electric field 1/2 way between the outer surface of the inside shell and the inner surface of the outside shell (at 16 cm from the center of both shells).
