In 2014, the mean burglary rate (per 1000 houses) for all states in a country was 978; the standard deviation was 32.

Assume the distribution of burglary rates is approximately unimodal and symmetric.

a. Approximately what percentage of states would you expect to have burglary rates between 914 and 1042?

b. Approximately what percentage of states would you expect to have burglary rates between 946 and 1010?
