A 0.5 kilogram rubber ball is dropped from a height of 3.0 meter above a hard concrete ground. After striking the ground the ball bounces up to a height of 2.0 meter above the ground. The ball was in contact with the ground for 0.05 second.

Find the change in momentum of the ball during the interaction with the ground.
