A single-turn rectangular coil with a width of 0.3m and a height of 0.2m is in the yz plane. Everywhere in space there is a net magnetic field B=0.070x. The coil is rotated from its initial position to a new position in 0.012sec. At this final position the plane of the rectangular coil is making an angle of 55 degrees with the +x axis.

The image given is shown with z in the position that is normally the +y direction and y in the normally x direction. The x is in the same plane as the z and y but in the third quadrant.

a) Find the change in flux across the rectangular loop.

b) Find the magnitude of the average induced emf in the coil.

c) As we look at the rectangular coil from the +x-axis, does the induced current in the coil flow clockwise or counterclockwise? Explain.
