A rotating wheel has an initial velocity of 10rad/s at t=0 and it starts to accelerate with a constant angular acceleration of 6rad/s2 for 5 seconds. The wheel then slows down with a constant deceleration until it stops. If the wheel rotates through a total angle of 325 radians from t=0 to the instant when the rotation ceases, find the angular deceleration and the total time of rotation.
