In the movie, "SPEED" one of the action events required volunteer bus driver, Sandra Bullock, to jump a 50 foot (15.25m) gap in a newly constructed freeway overpass. The Hollywood premise is that the roadbed on the nearside is angled up to allow the bus to bridge the gap. Assume the bus can attain a maximum sppeedof 75 MPH (33.5m/s) at the time it leaves the near side of the gap and that the near edge of the gap is 1 m below the Far edge. Determine the angle of the road bed required to land on the far side safely.
